A couple of months ago Transworld Skateboarding mag released an epic Lucas Puig video part. With his smooth chilled out style and massive bag of tricks, the video part was, in the words of PALACE, Trill.
If you're not familiar with Lucas Puig then let me fill you in. He is a professional skateboarder from Toulouse in France and has sponsor's including Cliche Skateboards, Adidas, Fourstar, Autobahn wheels etc. He's is also co-founder of Helas headwear which has been taking the skateboarding fashion world by storm. Last year he was voted European skateboarder of the year.
Well today see's the release of a remix of his part, LE REMIX, and it will not disappoint. Mainly put together with the footage from the original, with a few bits of extra footage, all mashed up into another awesome video part. Hats off to the editor, Hugo Campan.
ONLY's long awaited spring collection has finally been released. I have always found ONLY's take on street apparel very refreshing with their simplistic text based designs and extensive range of colour and their new range does not disappoint.
This release see's a whole load of new headwear including 5-panel's, snapbacks and trucker caps in a variety of different colours and styles, including some new colourways on some of their previous headwear.
Along side the headwear there is also a large range of new t-shirts, hoodies and raglan crewneck's, as well as a set of bags and accessories.
This collection is very impressive and i'm very looking forward to their next few releases's over the year.

Coming out of South Wales, Dark Nature release the third collection and the first of their SS12 drops.
The collection features two nice clean 5-panel camp caps in cranberry red and olive/grey. The olive/grey cap has the addition of a suede peak which adds a nice little touch to the cap. Both are finished with branded woven patches on the front in a style similar to The Quiet Life caps.
As well as the addition of headwear to the range, they have also included what they call 'The Cement Pack', which features a t-shirt, crew neck and an iPhone 4 case. The design for this pack is very fresh and clean with their logo nicley centred in the middle.
Dark Nature as a brand are really starting to push what's possible for a small brand, introducing their first pieces of headwear and slowly setting themselves above the majority of the small brands and aiming themselves more towards the high end of UK streetwear.
I don't expect these will hang around for long, so head to the Dark Nature store and pick something up.
The Chimp Store, Leeds release their latest lookbook. Similar to their previous lookbooks, 'Chimptown Dogs' and 'Barnet of the Apes', they have focused on the headwear range they have available in store. The lookbook titled 'The Chimp Who Would Be Human', features headwear from the likes of ONLY, Raised By Wolves and Indcsn just to name a few.
Shot by Harlton Chesterton, the lookbook is simple but as proven before, an excellent way to showcase the store's current headwear brands and styles.

Last week saw San Francisco's Benny Gold release their new spring collection titled The Valencia Collection.

The range has been broken down into several themes and boast some very colourful and clean graphics setting the brand apart from the rest.
One of our favourite pieces from the collection are the Native camp caps. The contrast of solid colour and the native pattern peaks are very powerful and create a real clean look with a woven Benny Gold label patch and leather closure to finish it off.
Finally, Indcsn have dropped their highly anticipated spring collection.
Indcsn are one of the best high end street brands to come from the UK, with outstanding collections after collections and their spring 12 drop is no exception.
This drop see's the usual range of Team camp caps we expect from them but with a twist. 3 very nice two tone wool/floral pieces as well as 2 interesting water resistant caps.
They have added to these strong camp caps with a series of high quality collaborative snap backs caps with Tattoo artist Sam Layzell.
Along with their excellent drop of head wear they have released 4 new t-shirt designs and a fresh coach jacket including one of my favourite pieces from the range, the little knowledge t-shirt. This t-shirt is very much an Indcsn style design with it's images of powerful figures and a very poignant quote.
All in all, it's without doubt a very strong collection and I'm looking forward to what they drop next.
